Melbourne based jewellery designer, Welfe Bowyer asked me to help him build a website where he could showcase his work.
Being an avid photographer, Welfe had a massive collection of very mysterious, dark scenes, which was the inspiration behind his collection at that time.
The website was to be simple, fashion driven, and distinguishable. The hero images were to be the main focus, so all UI elements were to be secondary on the page. With the use of overlays, the user can still access more information, while ensuring that the images were still visible.
